How would our next talent support Soanseng growth?
Soanseng is constantly improving and revolutionizing construction practices and experience.
In this context, we are working on an innovative off-site construction product that will enable us to construct industrial buildings and houses from A to Z using structural steel produced industrially on our production site with a complete finish wall and floor.
After successful design work, Soanseng is ready to start executing the plans for its pilot project. As an architect, you will get to initiate this brand-new experience and work mainly on the architectural details as well as ensuring you can follow up the project planning through your coordination work with contractors, suppliers, and fellow colleagues.
Your everyday job at Soanseng?
o You are responsible for designing and drawing details including wall sections and execution details
o Collaborate with the internal & external engineers to ensure a correct design coherence
o Search for potential contractors, ask for quotations
o Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders during the execution phase
o Take ownership to define what solutions you can find to problems that could impact the execution planning
2. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
What talent would be the perfect match? o You hold an architectural engineering degree or architectural degree with a good structural & detailing knowledge o You are English speaker, speaking French or Chinese is a plus o You have min. 2 year of experience working as an Architect and drawing details o You have an explorer mindset and are curious to learn, discover o You like finding solutions in a creative way o You are well organized and autonomous o You have a good understanding of BIM and are proficient with architectural production software such as for instance Revit, Vertex, Navisworks, BIM 360, Autocad or Vectorworks Why would Soanseng be a perfect fit in your career? o Joining Soanseng is not just a nice place to work, it is about joining a company vision, a company culture, and a team of passionate professionals.
